    These Terms apply to your use of the Exceptional Comfort Services website and to the estimates, scheduling, and service we provide. By using our website or requesting service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

    In these Terms, "ECS," "we," "us," and "our" mean Exceptional Comfort Services LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company based at 639 Wolf Creek Road, Pickens, SC 29671.

    You may use our website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. The content on this site, including text, images, and our name and logo, belongs to ECS or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy or reuse it for your own business without our permission.

    Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing

    We give honest estimates, and we want you to be able to rely on them, so here is how they work:

    • Estimates and quotes are not a binding contract until the work is scheduled and confirmed in writing or agreed in person. They are our good-faith assessment based on the information available at the time.
    • A quote can change if we find conditions that weren't visible up front, if the scope of work changes, or if equipment or parts pricing changes. If that happens, we tell you before doing the additional work.
    • The diagnostic fee is $99, the same any day of the week, including after hours and weekends. Estimates on new system installations are free.
    • Financing, where offered, is provided through a third-party lender (Momnt). Approval, terms, and rates are set by the lender, not by ECS.

    Scheduling and Cancellations

    We will do our best to arrive within the window we give you and to keep you informed if anything changes. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as far ahead as you can so we can give that time to another customer. We ask the same courtesy in return, and we will always tell you if we are running behind.

    Our Work and Warranty

    We stand behind our work. ECS provides a one-year warranty on our workmanship, and we back 100% of our repairs and installations. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you under the manufacturer's terms. The full details of any warranty are set out in the invoice or service agreement for your specific job, and those documents control if anything here differs from them.

    Your Responsibilities

    To let us do the work safely and correctly, you agree to:

    • Give us accurate information about your system and your property
    • Provide reasonable, safe access to the equipment and the work area
    • Tell us about known hazards (for example, electrical issues, pets, or anything we should be aware of)

    Disclaimers

    The information on this website is provided for general purposes and on an "as is" basis. It is not professional HVAC advice for your specific situation; for that, contact us so we can look at your system. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent allowed by law, ECS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits our responsibility for the service work we actually perform, which is governed by your invoice or service agreement and by applicable South Carolina law.

Some calls may be placed or answered by an automated or AI voice assistant, and calls may be recorded or transcribed for scheduling, quality, training, and record-keeping. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is never a condition of buying anything from us, and you can opt out at any time by telling us or by replying STOP to a text.
